We staff private dinners, weddings, corporate events, social celebrations, chef-hosted experiences, and elegant in-home gatherings across Tampa Bay and surrounding Florida regions. If your event demands professionalism and elegance, we are the right call.
Absolutely. We partner with a full range of event professionals — from wedding planners and social event producers to experiential hosts and private chef experiences. Our team integrates into your production seamlessly and executes to your standard without requiring hand-holding on the day.
We recommend reaching out as early as possible for peak season events. We do accommodate last-minute requests when availability allows, but guaranteed staffing requires confirmed booking with full payment received three business days before your event.
Full payment is due three business days prior to your event. Cancellations seven or more days before the event receive a full refund. Cancellations three to seven days prior incur a 50% fee. Cancellations under three days are non-refundable, though a reschedule option is available.
Our hospitality professionals are trained independent contractors. All staff are held to the same standards of appearance, etiquette, and conduct regardless of their classification.
We do not publish rates because every event is different — staffing needs, event duration, number of guests, and service type all factor into a custom quote. Reach out for a consultation and we will provide a clear, transparent proposal.
